Return / Replacement Policy
Nirmals Furnishings shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Nirmals Furnishings does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Nirmals Furnishings. Any item purchased at Nirmals.com does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Nirmals Furnishings within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

Returns & Exchanges
Nirmals Furnishings endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open for replacement of the article.
You will be eligible to get a replacement if:
- A replacement request is made within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery of the order.
- The product has been received back by Nirmals Furnishings in its unused, original condition.
- The product has been received in the original product packaging along with supporting documentation such as receipt or proof of purchase, price tags, labels, warranty card and any freebies and accessories obtained along with the original product.

- Please note that replacement is subject to availability of a suitable replacement.
- Please note that this policy will not cover routine product wear and tear, damage incurred during use or any other forms of damage and will not, in any event, entitle you to a refund, whether partial or otherwise.
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
Please Note: If you’ve purchased the product as a registered user, you can follow the steps below to initiate a return. If you’re a guest user or a registered customer who cannot access ‘My Account’, then please contact us using Contact Us Page.
STEP 1: Initiate a Return / Replacement Request
- Login to Your Account
- Go to My Orders
- Click on RETURN for item you wish to return
- Select the reason for return and upload supporting photographs before hitting Submit.
Step 2: Share Info for Pick Up
Our Representative will call you within 48 Hours to confirm date of pick up
Step 3: Pick Up
Handover the item you wish to return to the pickup person.

At Nirmals Furnishings, we strictly follow the TAT to dispatch the articles, therefore any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 12 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it.
