Refunds & Returns

Nirmals shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Nirmals does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Nirmals. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Nirmals within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

Nirmals holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. For further information please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Nirmals endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, FedEx, etc.), then Nirmals will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.

STEP 1: Initiate a Return Request

  • Login to Your Account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on RETURN for item you wish to return
  • Select the reason for return and upload supporting photographs before hitting Submit.

Step 2: Share Info for Pick Up

Our Representative will call you within 48 Hours to confirm date of pick up

Step 3: Pick Up

Handover the item you wish to return to our Nirmals executive.
